• To apply for the GEPN program, an applicant must fulfill the following prerequisites:
• Students must have taken the following courses: Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II with lab (4 credits per semester), General Chemistry with lab (4 credits) and Microbiology with lab (4 credits)
• All courses must be completed before the program commences
• Courses must be awarded from accredited colleges or universities
• A grade of 80 (B-) or higher must be earned in each course
• Courses must have been completed within the 8 years prior to submission of the application.

• Applicants must hold a master’s degree in nursing or a related field (e.g., MPH, MBA, MHA) and a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the United States.
• If the bachelor’s degree is not in nursing, the master’s degree must be in nursing.

• Three letters of recommendation are to be submitted through the NursingCAS.
